The founder and managing director of Superlative Staff is a Londoner and has worked around the world as a school teacher, university lecturer and governess. She graduated from Oxford University (nearly 30 years ago!) and wishes to continue the traditions of excellence associated with it. Superlative Staff is a company founded on Christian principles and, as such, gives 10 percent of its income to charity. We believe that the only way to do great business is to conduct ourselves with absolute integrity. We also believe it is essential to genuinely care about our clients and our candidates.
